Refund & Return Policy – Te Orewai Native Nursery

At Te Orewai Native Nursery, we take pride in providing healthy, eco-sourced native plants to our customers. Please read our refund and return policy carefully. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following:


1. Returns and Refunds

  • We do not accept returns for plants once they have been collected or shipped, as we cannot guarantee their health once they leave our nursery.

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

    1. Plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, and

    2. You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email [Your Email Address] within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the plants in their packaging.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund (excluding shipping fees, unless the error was ours).


3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Plants that have been successfully delivered in healthy condition.

  • Orders not collected on the agreed pickup date.

  • Gift cards or custom orders.


4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if your order has already been processed or prepared.
