Shipping & Pickup Policy – Te Orewai Native Nursery

1. Order Processing

• Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days.

• We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup or delivery.

2. Pickup

• Pickup is available from 2918 Pipiwai RD during our operating hours:
  Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 4 PM

• Please collect orders within 7 days of confirmation to ensure plant health.

3. Delivery

• Delivery is available within Northland by arrangement.

• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or agreed upon by email.

• We currently do not ship nationwide due to plant health and biosecurity considerations.

4. Damaged Deliveries

• If plants arrive damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
