  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website.

2. Products and Services

  • All plants are eco-sourced and grown locally in Northland.

  • Plant availability and pricing are subject to seasonal changes.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders if necessary.

3. Payment

  • All prices are in NZD and include any applicable taxes.

  • Orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.

4. Refunds and Returns

5. Liability

  • Once plants leave our nursery in healthy condition, we are not responsible for damage caused by weather, mishandling, or unsuitable planting conditions.
